Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Residential Painting, Commercial Painting, Fence Staining, Gutter Cleaning, Hardwood Flooring Installation, Carpet Installation provided by Dakota Service General. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Dakota Service General and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://dakotaservicegeneral.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Dakota Service General makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Dakota Service General's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Dakota Service General harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. SD law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in SD.

Modifications. Dakota Service General may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
